Measures are in place to protect data from unauthorized access, alterations, disclosures, destruction, and leaks of personal, non-personal, transaction, and marketing information stored on our platforms. The Company reserves the right to maintain data records for a minimum of 5 years.

We do not lease, lend, trade, or sell any information collected. User information can only be shared by the Company upon a customer request for their own information and relevant regulators if provided with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to reject information requests when deemed appropriate and permissible or required by law.

Exclusions

The Company does not knowingly collect any information or market to children under the age of 18. If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, the parent or legal guardian must contact us at privacy@elmnts.io so that we may delete the information collected of the child/children in question.

We monitor site visitors through various means, such as cookies, IP addresses, and user login information, to gather details on the browser used, the visit time, and how the site was used. Users

When you engage with ELMNTS, you must supply specific details such as your company's name and address, your name, affiliated reporting entity type (if applicable), phone number, and email address. This data is utilized to furnish our products and services, grant uninterrupted access to custom-tailored products obtained from the website, and for internal analytics to enhance our offerings, services, and marketing. We maintain your privacy by not disclosing your information to any individuals or organizations, except when necessary to deliver our products and services or compelled by law.

Information We Collect

To purchase our products and/or services, as a customer, you are obligated to make payment(s). We do not retain any payment information of our customers; our payment processor collects and handles this information to finalize the payment. However, we maintain a record of the purchased products and services, along with their purchase date, the purchaser's identity, and the price paid. We use this data to enhance our product and service offerings and to help resolve any possible disputes that may arise. We collect this information when you provide it to us, such as when you request information about our Services, engage our Services, or communicate with us.

Data Retention

We store the information that we collect on servers that could be situated outside of Canada or the USA, which may also include servers located in other jurisdictions. Any data stored outside of Canada or the USA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where it is stored.
